Hi all,

Greetings. Oh yes…We have galloped into the third month of 2009 and am delighted to share this latest issue ofCOMMUNIQUE with you all. Amidst this and that, we didn’t miss a single beat and this issue is sure to shine through the lenses.

We have made a conscious effort in making COMMUNIQUE more personalized and more ‘inward focusing’ by highlighting the achievements of employees besides capturing their camaraderie and enthusiasm that are often kept in tight leash.

On the business front, ALMOAYYED Computers continued TO defy the market slowdown by bagging new projects while other key divisions such as ALMOAYYED Commercial Services and ALMOAYYED Trading & Contracting were busy engaging with their principals and new business partners while continuing to execute prestigious assignments across the Kingdom. Upcoming divisions such as ALMOAYYED Ironmongery & Fabrication Services have exhibited a compulsive urge to expand their business setting an example for rest of the divisions.

Globally, we’re witnessing the emergence of a new World Order in the aftermath of the economic recession and hence, it’s important for us to make planning and execution a habit rather than a contextual tactic. This will ensure that we’re always ready to seize the opportunities and if we do so, there’s no doubt that we’ll be able to sustain our success.

Until next issue, keep working and smiling besides mailing me at Prasad@almoayyedintl.com.bh sharing your success, experience and any other appropriate thing you may like to.

Let’s continue to break through the clutter!

Cheers…
Prasad

Leaders who work most effectively never say “I”.  And that’s not because they have trained themselves not to say “I”. They DON’T think “I”. They think “we”. They think “team”.
