Pixel Advertising Guidelines
- The minimum purchase size is 80 x 60 pixels while the maximum purchase depends on the number of pixels available at the time of your order.
- When you buy pixel ads you do not own any part of our pixel screen. You are only granted the right to submit an image and link to your website.
- Your pixel ad image and link is guaranteed to be displayed for 3 years.
- You can change your ad image up to 3 times during the 3 years.
- You cannot get a refund once your ad is accepted and published.
- No inappropriate, obscene, offensive, adult images or links will be accepted. Treo Pixels decide what is appropriate and your ad is uploaded subjected to our approval.
- If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will be given an opportunity to provide an alternative. If no alternative is provided within a reasonable time your ad will be removed and we shall not be responsible for any refund.
- You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of the link you provide and it will not show offensive or obscene material or unlawful information. You also agree that after your ad is accepted you will not change the content of the linked site to show offensive or obscene material.
- If your link is found to show offensive or obscene or unlawful information it will be removed and you have to provide a new link.
- Images for the ad must be the exact size of the pixels you have paid for (eg. 80 x 60 pixels) in GIF or JPEG format of a reasonable size.
- Animated images will not be accepted.
- Your pixel ad link must begin with http:// linking to web pages only.
- It will be assumed that the person who provides the image and link for the ad have the authority to submit them.
- Payment must be fully received before your pixel ad becomes active. Once your payment is cleared we will try to upload your ads within 24 hours.
